Requirements

• Shop area – min. 25 sq. mtr
• Investment in shop infrastructure – Rs.5.00 to 6.00 Lakhs
• Working capital – Rs.1.00 lakh
• Refundable security deposit – Rs.1.00 lakh

Terms & Conditions

• Term of the franchise agreement will be three years.
• Profit margin will be 20% on all products.
• All recurring expenses such as shop rentals, electricity charges, staff
  salary, etc. will be borne by the Franchisee.
• Only Pastry Palace and Montana brand of products will be sold at the franchise store and any other product is strictly prohibited, however company will allow sale of packaged drinking water, juices, soft drinks and vending machine tea and coffee as it complements our products.
• Company will provide free door delivery of daily supplies against orders  received.
• Packing material will be provided by the Company at subsidised rates.
• Bills to be paid by the Franchisee regularly on a day-to-day basis. No credit period will be allowed.
• Unsold goods will be accepted as per the Return Policy (Refer Annexure “B”)
• Credit note will be issued by the Company every 15 days towards goods returned which is to be adjusted by the franchisee from the amount of bills payable as and when received.
• Shop will be designed by Company’s architect as per our standard store design and the entire cost of interiors including the architect’s fee to be borne by the franchisee.
• Display counters and other equipments to be purchased by the franchisee as recommended by the company.
• Necessary permissions, licences to be obtained by franchise owner.
• Sign boards, banners, etc. will be provided at company’s cost.
• Any advertisement by franchise owner will require prior approval from the company. Artwork and advertisement material will be provided by the company.
